Historical and realtime player activity
RuneScape is an MMORPG developed and published by Jagex Game Studios. This dashboard tracks the active player population across both Old School RuneScape (OSRS) and RuneScape 3 (RS3).
Population data is scraped from the RuneScape front page every five minutes. The total online count minus OSRS players gives the RS3 count. Data is stored in JSON files and rendered client-side with Apache ECharts.
Use the granularity controls to aggregate data by quarter-hour up to quarter-year. Toggle between Average and Peak display modes. Moving averages (7-day, 30-day) can be overlaid for trend analysis. Zoom with mouse wheel or the slider below the chart.
